You should not submit a resume and feel like it went into a "Great Void" before an actual human being is going to see it. You are a person and at our firm, you will be treated as such.

Send your resume and a cover letter than answers the following 5 questions to our office via email. Failure to answer all 5 of the questions will translate into immediate disqualification from being considered.
Answer the following questions:
Question #1: Let’s start with the timeless question of being on a “Deserted Island”. You’re shipwrecked with no form of communication made available to you. The island is beautiful, flush and to your shock, deserted. Planes fly frequently over this route but at a high altitude making it impossible for them to see someone below. In this scenario, you can wish for any three tangible items. What are they and why those?
Question #2: How many emails are in your email account right now? Quantify how many are Read, Read but not Answered and Unread?
Question #3: ABC Company offers their New-Hires a probation period of 30 days. At the end of the 30 days, they offer the new employees $1,000.00 to leave the company and discontinue working there. You’ve been hired by ABC Company and by your 29th day you are well aware of the rumor that you’ll be offered $1,000.00 tomorrow to leave your new position. What are you thinking?
Question #4: From the list below choose 3 of the adjectives that your last Supervisor would use to describe you to a future Employer:
Question #5: You have been given the opportunity to start your very own company. You simply can’t be everywhere you need to be at one time so you know the best solution is to hire employees. From the list below, rank the qualities you want in your employees from #1 being the most important and number 8 being the least important quality you are looking for :
- Previous experience in like industry.
- College graduate.
- Eagerness to succeed.
- Hard worker.
- Team player.
- Open to learning new concepts and approaches.
